Wow!

Dinner last night consisted of salmon fillet, scrambled eggs, bacon and oh yeah, pancakes w/ peanut butter. Hmmm.....not exactly "healthy". Today I had a glass of hot tea, 22 ozs diet dew, an apple, some pirate booty, and a big a$$ burrito from chipotle. Yummy. Exercise consisted of, well, nothing. Oh well, tomorrow is supposed to be beautiful so hopefully a ride is in my future. I guess that is something to look forward to.

Ok, let's just try this thing out.

Today has been a relaxing Sunday hanging around the house with the wife watching the idiot box. I did manage to give my puppy a bath, a walk, and ride my bike for 25 mins. I needed to do something physical, I was going stir crazy! I ate four glazed donuts, some Twigs& Sticks w/hummus, and a few pretzels. I drank over 85 ozs water and about 50 ozs Crystal Light. Of course, dinner hasn't happened yet. Wish me Luck!
